We collect only the essential information necessary to provide and personalize our styling services. When you create an account or sign in using a single sign-on provider, we receive basic public profile information (such as your name, email address, and profile picture) to identify your session and welcome you to your personal styling studio.

We do not request, access, or store your personal contacts, private documents, private photo libraries, or financial payment details.

2. Personal Styling Privacy & Data Ownership

When you select skin tone coordinates, choose styling preferences, or save outfit lookbooks, your saved fashion capsules remain private to your personal device. We do not maintain or archive centralized records of your personal wardrobe collections, ensuring that your fashion choices and personal aesthetics remain strictly confidential.

3. External Retail Partnerships & Product Search

Our service provides curated shopping links to verified third-party fashion retailers to help you purchase recommended garments. When you click on a store recommendation, you are directed to that retailer's independent website.

Third-party retailers operate under their own independent privacy policies and terms of service. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal profile, styling selections, or contact details to external merchants or marketing agencies.

4. Data Security & Encryption

We adhere to rigorous industry security practices to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. All network communications are secured using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) encryption to prevent unauthorized interception or tampering.

5. User Rights & Data Control

You retain complete autonomy over your account and styling records. You may sign out of your account at any time, clear your saved wardrobe looks directly from your device, or request account dissociation by contacting our support team.

6. Google Play Store & Android App Disclosures

The Varniq Android mobile application (com.tryonix.varniq) is developed and operated by Tryonix Studio. The application does not collect background location, SMS/call logs, microphone audio, camera photos, or biometric records. All colorimetry analysis is based on optical presets and user-selected criteria.

Authentication is powered securely by Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication. No user data is sold, monetized, or shared with third-party advertising brokers. The official privacy policy is hosted at https://varniq.tryonixstudio.com/privacy.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion Requests

Users can instantly clear all saved outfit lookbooks and cached capsules locally by clicking “Clear Lookbooks” in the app or clearing application storage.
