Learn how to delete your Varniq AI account and associated data. This policy is published by Tryonix Studio for the mobile app Varniq AI (com.tryonix.varniq) and the web styling platform.

1. Steps to Request Account & Server Data Deletion
Users can submit an account deletion request at any time without needing to speak with a sales agent. Follow these simple steps:
Send an email directly from the Google email account associated with your Varniq AI profile to:
Use the subject line: “Delete My Varniq Account”. No complex paperwork or explanation is required.
Our support desk will verify your request and permanently delete your user profile within 48 business hours. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
2. Clearing Local Device Data (Instant)
Varniq AI stores saved looks and wardrobe palettes directly in your device's local storage for maximum privacy. To immediately delete all local data without emailing:
- Open the Varniq mobile app or web studio.
- Navigate to the Lookbook tab and tap “Clear Lookbooks” to remove all saved outfits.
- In Android Settings > Apps > Varniq AI > Storage, tap “Clear Storage / Data” to wipe all cached settings.
- Tap Sign Out to terminate your authentication session immediately.
3. Data Types Deleted vs. Retained
Data That Is Permanently Deleted
- • Account Identity: Google User ID (UID), full name, and email address.
- • Profile Picture: Avatar URL cached during Google Sign-In.
- • Auth Tokens: Firebase Authentication session tokens and refresh credentials.
- • Styling History: Saved palette preferences, season calibration, and custom tags.
Data That Is Kept
Zero personally identifiable information is kept.
Anonymized, aggregate technical crash logs (such as Android Vitals stack traces without user identifiers) may be retained purely for system stability monitoring as permitted by Google Play Developer policies.
4. Data Retention & Purge Period
Upon receipt of your deletion request, your authentication records and associated profile links are permanently deleted within 48 business hours. No backups or archives of your personal identity are preserved after this window.
